Yes! All appointments with Nomadic Behavioral Health are 100% Telehealth via our HIPAA compliant Zoom service.

Patients may schedule a new appointment using our online bookings portal located here.

After you schedule an appointment, I will review your request and may reach out with additional questions if necessary. If all is in order, I will confirm your appointment and send you the intake paperwork.

With the intake process (questions, forms and insurance verification.) I can generally schedule a new appointment in 21-28 days’ time, given that all paperwork gets submitted. How fast you return the intake papers and sign up for Spruce (our communications portal) generally determine appointment date. Sometimes that lead time is longer if I am out of the office.

When we confirm the appointment, we will provide a date that the Intake paperwork is required to be completed by. Generally, this is within 7 days of the confirmation. It can however be sooner if your appointment is less than 10 days away from the request.

It is best to complete the intake paperwork as soon as possible.

We will send a final message the day before the intake paperwork is due. If the intake paperwork is not completed by the close of business on the date we provide, we will cancel your appointment.

We will happily reschedule your appointment ONLY when intake forms have been completed and you have joined Spruce.
